About Us
ORTU is a bespoke Data Management education company building the data foundation for the next generation of business leaders. We empower k-12 students with the skills needed to navigate a data-driven world and give educators the knowledge to support those students into the careers of the future. Also offering customized enterprise and small business Data Management and Data Governance training to organizations across the globe, ORTU is at the forefront of the data revolution. Based in Washington state with staff located in Washington, California, as well as internationally in Canada, we are proud to be a women-owned small business.

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Cassie's early career focused on professional training and development in the staffing and recruiting industry, as well as marketing for small businesses. She has a passion for people and her community in Gig Harbor, Washington. She enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 elementary aged children and her dog, Wilson the Data Doodle.

Natalie is an educator, academic, Certified Data Management Professional, and internationally published poet. In her free time she runs marathons very slowly. She lives in the California desert with her two cats.
